Tulsi Gabbard Opens O'ahu Headquarters in Kaneohe

HONOLULU [April 14, 2012] – Tulsi Gabbard’s campaign for U.S. Congress officially opened her O’ahu campaign headquarters in Kaneohe last night.  Over 200 Tulsi supporters attended the evening, highlighted by an enthusiastic speech by Tulsi Gabbard, emcee and Ambassador of Aloha Danny Kaleikini, and Kaneohe musicians Ernie Kanoa and Alika Odem.  The event also served as Tulsi’s birthday celebration.

Tulsi Gabbard Continues Momentum with Strong First Quarter

HONOLULU [April 12, 2012] – Tulsi Gabbard’s campaign for U.S. Congress today announced her strongest fundraising quarter thus far, raising over $213,000 in the first quarter of 2012. Sixty-five percent of Tulsi’s donors are from Hawai’i, and 60 percent of all donations were $100 or less, signaling  growing grassroots support.

Women Leaders Gather to Announce "Women for Tulsi"

HONOLULU [April 11, 2012] – Women from across the state came together today to announce their endorsement of congressional candidate Tulsi Gabbard under the banner, “Women for Tulsi.” Tulsi Gabbard is a Honolulu City Council Member, Captain in the Hawai'i National Guard, and candidate for Hawai'i's second Congressional district.

KAPOLEI [March 31, 2012] – Honolulu City Councilmember and candidate for the 2nd Congressional District Tulsi Gabbard spoke to a crowd of veterans and their families today at the 1st Annual Welcome Home Celebration for All Veterans.  The event was held by the Military Order of the Purple Heart Chapter 483 Rainbow Hawai'i and the US Veterans Initiative (U.S. VETS.)
 
“It’s events like this, and veterans like you, that are so important to me and that inspire and motivate me because of all you have sacrificed for our state and for our country,” Gabbard told the crowd.
